Tim Schultz is a licensed Texas attorney with over 30 years of experience working with healthcare professionals and families navigating long term care and Medicaid planning for loved ones needing nursing home care.
Tim has represented many families in the Medicaid eligibility process with the Texas Department of Human Services.  His practice is focused on elder law issues for seniors and their families.  Tim has taught Continuing Education Courses for the Texas Society of CPAs, professional classes as an adjunct professor for the American College in estate planning and income tax law, and hundreds of courses for Social Workers and Discharge Planners, Case Managers, Long Term Care Administrators, and Nurses regarding long term care planning issues.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
